Position
Requirement

Job Description: -

-   Co-ordinate and arrange with respective departments, 

    subcontractors, forwarding agents & suppliers for orders, 

    daily in / outbound operation;

-   Supervisor and control Company AR, AP & budget;

-   Supervise team members to meet business targets;

-   Daily communicate between customer and the respective 

    trading partners to ensure services required by customers 

    are met;

-   Execute company polices, initiatives & activities;

-   Communicate with internal & overseas customers or 

    vendors to ensure a smooth running of the process;

-   Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate 

    management;

-   Report all management issues to Headquarter.

 

Requirements: -

-   Degree holder in Logistics Management or related 

    Discipline

-   At least 8 years’ experience in sales administration 

    support, 

    operation, customer services or relevant experience 

    acquired from multinational organization

-   Min 5 years relevant experience in supervisory and 

    management level

    Ability to work in a fast-paced organization and carry out 

    multi-task

-   Strong leadership experience for managing and developing 

    high-performance team

-   Good network in carriers and co-loaders, and excellent 

    customer services skills

-   Result-oriented, Self-motivated, mature, hardworking, 

    problem-solving and able to work under pressure

-   Strong written and fluency spoken in English.

-   Report to Top Management in respect of aware of 

    corporate governance, risk management and internal 

    control
