-Greeting guests, general reception and administrative duties
-Handling documentation, phone calls, courier arrangement and mail services
-Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

-F.5 or above and at least 1-2 years relevant working experience
-Good command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese word processing
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work under pressure and independently
-Mature, Self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
-experienced in Shipping industry and Immediate available is preferred
