-Perform all rounded duties in various admin duties for Hong Kong and Overseas Branches including Fixed Asset Management, Procurement and Payment, Office Service Contract and Business licnece Management and Flight and Hotel booking arrangement

-Minor HR routine tasks including Update, control and review staff record in HR database and filing system and interview arrangement etc

-Back up front desk

-Assist in any ad hoc project as required


-Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration

-At least 2 yrs working experience in Admin position

-Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

-Good Command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

-Good communications and interpersonal skills

-Responsible, Mature, Independent, attention to details and willing to learn & work under pressure

-Immediately available is highly preferred
