- Handle support calls, troubleshoots, and resolving user problems
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance, operation, management and procurement of IT equipment and technological facilities including changing office fluorescent tube and lighting, and photocopiers,
- Software and hardware installation and configuration
- Assist system engineers to manage the servers, data and voice network infrastructure
- procurement and manage for IT and technological equipment and software licences
- other ad hoc tasks

- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline; Fresh graduate in IT will be considered and candidate who is less experience may be considered as IT support assistant. Technical Training will be provided if needed.
- 1 year experience in helpdesk support with knowledge on MS Windows, Office and TCP/IP networking preferred;
- Familiar in installation and configuration for Windows XP/7, Microsoft Exchange, WSUS, DNS, PC, Server, Router, Switch, Tel-system;
- Proficiency in installation, configuration and management for common Ms Office software  such as Ms Office, adobe, Vm-ware, Exchange, SQL, Android, IOS and Active Directory (AD) etc.
- Holder of MCSE, MCP, or related certifications definitely an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good problem solving skills and proactive working attitude;
- Strong client service orientation, interpersonal skill and willing to learn
- Short notice or immediate available is highly desirable
